Former President Donald Trump recently proposed a controversial plan to
transform the Gaza Strip into the "Riviera of the Middle East"2. His
vision involves the United States taking over Gaza, resettling its 2.2
million Palestinian residents elsewhere, and developing the area into a
tourist haven3. This plan has sparked significant debate and concern
among Palestinians and neighboring countries, as it could disrupt
regional stability3. The idea is to create an economically developed
area that would provide jobs and housing, but it has faced widespread
criticism and skepticism.

The Riviera is a popular coastal region renowned for its stunning
Mediterranean coastline, luxury resorts, and glamorous lifestyle. There
are two main Rivieras: the French Riviera (Côte d'Azur) and the Italian
Riviera.

French Riviera (Côte d'Azur): Located in southeastern France along the
Mediterranean Sea, it stretches from Menton, near the Italian border, to
Saint-Tropez. This area includes famous cities like Nice, Cannes, and
Monaco. It's known for its beautiful beaches, upscale hotels, and
vibrant nightlife.

Italian Riviera: Located in the Liguria region of northwestern Italy, it
stretches from the French-Italian border to the region of Tuscany. Major
cities along the Italian Riviera include Genoa, Portofino, and the
Cinque Terre villages. It's known for its charming coastal villages,
scenic landscapes, and delicious cuisine.

Both Rivieras attract millions of visitors each year, drawn by their
picturesque beauty, historical sites, and luxurious lifestyle.

Palestine and Arabia should be flattered at the prospect of transforming
Gaza into the Riviera of the Middle East. Greenland should welcome
selling their country to the U.S.A. to fortify military security.
Mexico and Canada should welcome being annexed to the U.S.A. and inherit
citizenship rights. All of thee actions are a win-win for both sides,
which when once implemented would qualify Trump for a Nobel Peace Prize.

While he's at it, he might as well rebuild Solomon's Temple, House of
God, and move into it. Trump, Melania and Barron.

[anti-satire]

... similar to Stalin's Water Works genius.

American blood and sweat built the Panama Canal, and the time is overdue
to take it back.

I am not in favor of taking over the Gaza Strip or Canada.

The Gaza Strip and Middle East conflict is a place we need to stay out of.
Nation building is something we’ve failed at numerous times in that region.
This is something that has to be worked out by the people that live there.
Ultimately it will only be resolved when one group completely dominates the
other one. That is the only way there has been any peace for a period of
time there.

The culture, politics, and people (Quebec) of Canada will not mesh with
American ways. It’s better to keep them at arm’s length and work out
agreements. And they’d have to adapt to the Imperial system of measures so
there’s that too.

Greenland and the Panama Canal Zone becoming US territories is absolutely a
good idea. They are vital to American security and interests. But is the
cost worth it?

Any experienced computer programmer knows that it is better to scrap a
failed effort and start again from scratch, than to go back and
meticulously solve every little problem. The advantage of absorbing
Gaza is its potential profit for becoming another Riviera. That's why I
say scrap Gaza and start again. The generations of fighting haven't
solved anything, and leaving the conflict alone to solve itself doesn't
work either. They need Big Brother to step in and guide their efforts.
Another problem is the risk of nuclear war breaking out in the region,
which is another reason why it needs supervision. Its risk of nuclear
war can't be ignored.

I can agree with you on Canada, which is a more civilized source of
illegal immigrants and drugs and has better hope of stopping with its
own mechanisms. I don't even think there's problem with Canada and
illegal immigrants/drugs in the first place. It's just an excuse to
annex its fossil fuels and resources.
