AA and instincts

AA neither endorses nor opposes any instincts. They aren't good or
evil, they just exist. I am an intellectual and I am irritated by my
instincts. I have no use for them. They appear to have gone to
extremes. I don't know why it's better to burn out than to fade away.
Either way it diminishes your sex drive to zero. Diabetes does the same
thing. I haven't tried Sildenafil yet. Maybe I should. My girlfriend
describes me as "A prick without a conscience."

That's possibly one of the most self harming delusion of yours.
What you've done is easily explained though.
You've mistaken imaginative thinking, at which you excell, as being
intellectual thinking,

Maybe one day you'll make the effort to explore definitions of
"Intellectual" and discover at least one element of intellect that
generally eludes, thus precludes you, is logic.

Maybe your delusion of wisdom has overwhelmed your capacity for conscience?

I'm an intellectual scientist and I have no use for emotions or
feelings. If I did allow them to govern me, I'd be a mass murderer.
However my feelings mean nothing to me and as a result I'm not a
murderer. Maybe I come across as alkaline or caustic since I can't
suppress my true colors from leaking through. I keep an iron reign over
my behavior so I don't kill people.
